On November 30 in Poznań the Conference "Hate speech versus freedom of speech – the legal and social aspects". The Open Republic was represented by Dr Andrzej Malanowski and Adam Kwiecień. The Conference was organized by Poznańskie Centrum Praw Człowieka INP PAN. It consisted of 3 panels, each of which was summed up with the discussion. The first panel was led by Prof. Roman Wieruszewski, the second by Prof. Mirosław Wyrzykowski.
