Football hooligans may with impunity imitate monkeys to offend black football players, may shout: “to be burned!” and anti-Semitic slogans. The Prosecutor’s Office did not consider it to be an offence and decided to finally discontinue investigation on racist incidents during the football match between Cracovia and Wisła.
