This year’s winner of Irena Sendlerowa Award “For making the world better” is Marzanna Pogorzelska, the teacher of English language in the high school in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, coordinator of the school group of Amnesty International, the member of Open Republic and the author of our educational materials. Marzanna Pogorzelska realizes projects on multicultural education and education re: human rights, involving the youth and local community.
