Minister Elżbieta Radziszewska, the Government’s Attorney for Equal Treatment proposed a draft bill on implementation of certain regulations of the European Union related to equal treatment. The Act is supposed to define the areas and ways of counteracting the breaches of the principle of equal treatment due to sex, race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion or denomination, world outlook, disability, age and sexual orientation. Coalition for Equal Opportunities prepares corrections to the draft. OR is a member of the Coalition.
