ON January 6, 2010, the Warsaw District Court ordered the prosecutor’s office to re-examine the case of publication of the list of members of Jewish Community in Warsaw by the magazine “Only Poland” published by Leszek Bubel. Bubel, who was many times accused of spreading racism and anti-Semitism, has been publishing the names, surnames, photos, and information on the private lives of the members of the Warsaw Jewish community in his magazines.
